Support

If something isn't working, or isn't clear — in the app or on this website — write to nic@kaltcha.com and say what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot helps. This address reaches a person, not a queue.

There's no account

Nothing to sign in to, nothing to reset, no password to forget. You open the app and use it. If you're stuck at a screen expecting a login, that's not a step you missed — it isn't there.

Your answers stay on your phone

The assessment and your profile are stored on your device, not on a server somewhere. We don't hold a copy. That also means we can't retrieve one — if you delete the app, your answers and your profile go with it. There's nothing to back up beforehand unless you want to keep it yourself.

If you took it in the browser

Nothing is saved there either, and that has one consequence worth knowing before it catches you: your result lives in the address of the page you are reading it on. Keep the link and you keep the result. Close the tab without it and it is gone — there is nothing for us to look up on your behalf, because there is no copy of it anywhere. Taking it again costs the same three minutes it did the first time.

What a compare link shares

When you compare with someone, the link you generate is the only thing that leaves your phone. It carries the profile you're sharing — nothing else about your device, your other answers, or how you use the app.

Something crashed, or looks wrong

Tell us the device and the version of iOS you're on, and what you tapped right before it happened. The more specific, the faster we can find it.

Still stuck

Write to nic@kaltcha.com. We read every message ourselves.

Find out what you’re like to work with.

Then find out what it’s like to work with you. Those turn out to be different questions.

Private by design

It never leaves your phone.

No account. Nothing stored about you. Never sent to an AI. Every word decided in advance.

A link you choose to send carries five scores and no name.
